贝剑铭，加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）博士，现为加拿大麦克马斯特大学佛教与东亚宗教教授，麦克马斯特大学佛教研究中心主任，中国中古宗教史学者。已发表关于中国佛教疑伪经、茶和酒等主题的论文，著有Burning for the Buddha: Self-Immolation in Chinese Buddhism（University of Hawai‘i Press, 2007）。 朱慧颖，南开大学历史学博士，文博研究员，现供职于中国茶叶博物馆。多年从事茶史研究与史著翻译，已出版译著《日本史》《麻风：一种疾病的医疗社会史》《十九世纪中国的鼠疫》，参编茶文化书籍《话说中国茶》《中国茶事大典》等。
